We enjoy the art of bee-keeping and strive to keep the honey in its natural raw state, just spun out of the combs. Without the use of chemicals or heat, we have preserved the valued natural enzymes and wild yeasts from the flower.

Thanks to the honey bee, our honey is a natural example of the beauty in Southeastern Minnesota. 

We are a 2nd generation farm, and love the attachment beekeeping has to nature and hope to continue for many years.
